I'm Tobi, a product builder and strategist based in Seattle. My background is in I-O Psychology, the science of how people actually behave in organizations. That lens followed me into product and AI work, and it shapes everything I build.
The through-line across every role: systems that treat human behavior as the design constraint, not the afterthought. It's why I focus on declared relationships over inferred ones, and why the products I build tend to hold up at scale.
